All you need to know about our extended exchange and returns policy if you are buying a RESET PRIORITY as a gift this December
Don´t worry it will be very straight forward!
1. Our EXCHANGE and RETURN policy is now extended until JANUARY 10th.
Valid for all orders made from November 28th until December 24th, 2018.
From December 25th, the items purchased will have the standard 14 days return and exchange policy active (days start counting from delivery day).
2. How to get RETURN shipping expense free?

If you are paying via Paypal and you want to RETURN an item, they are able to return you the shipping costs using a standard shipping method (it´s important that a tracking is available as RESET PRIORITY is not responsible for lost items). This option is good if you are paying using Paypal but please make sure to read all of their Terms and Conditions, because this possibility may vary per country and it is an exterior provider, so RESET PRIORITY may not be held responsible for the relation between user (you) and source provider (Paypal). 3. Do you need GIFT WRAPPING?
No worries, at checkout you have the possibility to get it by simply tick the option,

4. Sizing doubts? We´re here to support you.
You can contact us at any time via the following methods to ask for sizes support. Try to be as specific as possible, indicating your measurements in cm or indicating usually purchased sizes. Give us as much details as possible so we can tell you what the right fit will be.

5. How can I pick up or return an item in Barcelona?
If it´s for gift purposes, so you don´t need to try it, please let us know via the comments in your order that you would like to collect it. We´ll send you the information and inform you the time when the item will be ready for you.
